While I am a West Coast girl and base my home, businesses & training from Arizona, many of my adventures are a loong drive or flight away. Between running a historic theatre & concert hall, I co-own Unbreakablegear.com lifitng gear and Unbreakablegearwear.com apparel! I am a Sponsored Athlete and compete on a Team in both Powerlifting & NPC Physique (bodybuilding) and I spend a weekend or so a month working on acting, modeling & public events in LA . Consequently, I don't sleep much and yet, still have to stay healthy and perform at my best. What I have learned in life is that there are resources that help keep me fit, refreshed and ready. I look forward to giving you a sneak peak of some fun secrets and sharing some of these tips and stories with you. I wasn't always a fitness person, but I've always been driven. After growing up during Arnold & the Muscle Beach days (my dad was a Bodybuilder) I witnessed a culture of focused, goal-oriented athletes, carving out their identies through sweat and hard work. I learned that those same characteristics could be applied to anything, any goal to better yourself and succeed. Plus, achievement is FUN! (Surprise yourself with risk taking & new adventures and you'll see what I mean!) My personal fitness journey really began in 2005, winning a transformation contest and being a spokesperson for my idol, Sylvester Stallone (INSTONE Nutrition Brand.) Once I saw what I could do with a stronger, fitter body, I was hooked. Since starting this journey, I have climbed mountains and kayaked down rivers. I have rappelled into caves and climbed up canyons. I have sparred men on movie sets and competed (and won) on stage & platform. For me, Being Unbreakable is based on taking risks, getting back up again after a fall and living life to its fullest!
